Contacting Black Hole

Black Hole Window Tint LLC operates this website. If you call, text, email or use Messenger to request a quote, we use the information you send to respond and discuss your project. Avoid sending payment details or other sensitive information through these contact links.

The website’s contact buttons open a phone, messaging or email service. Each service processes communications under its own terms and privacy practices.

Project inquiries

Our project form collects the contact details, company, property location, project scope, timing and optional glass photos you provide. We use this information to assess the work, respond to your request and manage follow-up and proposals. Records and photos are kept in private Vercel storage and are available through an access-controlled tracker to Black Hole and its authorized marketing support. Form submissions also record submission time and campaign source labels. Avoid including payment details or sensitive personal information in project notes or photos.

We use a short-lived signed form token, an empty spam-check field and a one-way keyed representation of the request IP address to limit automated submissions. The IP representation is used for rate limiting; it is not included in your project record. Private tracker sessions use a secure cookie that expires after eight hours. Optional advertising measurement

When you allow advertising measurement, this site loads Meta Pixel. Meta may receive page URLs, browser and device information, IP address, cookie identifiers and events indicating a page view, contact-button click or successfully saved project inquiry. We use these events to understand how advertising brings visitors to the site. A contact-button click does not confirm that a call, message or sale occurred. A Lead event means the website saved an inquiry; it does not establish qualification or a sale.

We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or message contents as custom event parameters, and automatic event detection is disabled in our integration. Meta’s own collection and processing are described in Meta’s Privacy Policy.

You may decline measurement, or change your choice using “Privacy choices” in the footer. The site stores that choice in your browser for up to 180 days. The integration honors a browser’s Global Privacy Control signal by keeping Meta measurement off. Withdrawing permission stops future events from this integration; it does not remove information Meta already received.
